Each shock absorber has been designed for a specific scooter or moped, both dimensionally and in terms of its functioning.

-12 mm shock absorber rod in hardened and tempered C43 steel

-Piston in steel and sintered bronze

-New Swedish steel lamellar system

-Piston guide shoe of the LUBRIFLON-PTFE B70 type (bronze filled modified compound)

- Sliding on DU GUIDE bush (compound obtained by sintering a layer of spheroidal bronze on a suitably pressed mild steel strip and with subsequent impregnation and coating with a mixture of PTFE+FB)

- Scraper ring in SEALTHANE grade 9345 polyester resin

-Micrometric adjustment of spring pre-load via ring nuts

-Special oil with low viscosity and practically insensitive to temperature variations.
