Ohvale GP-0 EVO 160 4s RACE my26. We present the new Gp-0 evo my26 for race, the version ready to use for the 2026 Italian civ championship. This Ohvale gp-0 is configured specifically for the civ, ready to race and without the need for modifications.

Ohvale gp-0 160 evo race my26:

ENGINE TYPE: ZS 160 cc Horizontal single cylinder, 4 stroke, Air cooled.

DISTRIBUTION: Single camshaft, SOHC - 2 valves.

FUEL: Unleaded petrol (N.O. min 95).

BORE X STROKE: 60mm x 55mm.

DISPLACEMENT: 155.5 cc.

FUEL SYSTEM: DELLORTO PHBH 28 BD Setting Ohvale carburetor, Racing air filter.

IGNITION: Electronic, with spark plug and external coil (CDI with rev limiter).

STARTER: Kick starter with auto decompression device.

EXHAUST: Stainless steel exhaust. Arrow titanium under-seat single silencer. Ready for DB Killer.

LUBRICATION: Wet sump lubrication system, with oil radiator. Oil quantity: 1L.

GEARBOX: 4 close ratio N-1-2-3-4 | Ohvale setting.

PRIMARY TRANSMISSION: Gears.

SECONDARY TRANSMISSION: Regina gold series chain. Ratio 16/35 (2.187).

CLUTCH: In oil bath with 6 discs.

FRAME: Tubular trellis in high-strength steel, robotized welding (New configuration 2026).

FRONT SUSPENSION: Ohracing fork with Ø 35mm stems fully adjustable. K6-K7 spring configuration.

REAR SUSPENSION: Aluminum swingarm. Piggy-back monoshock. Fully adjustable: hydraulic compression and extension, spring preload and wheelbase. K140 spring configuration.

FOOTREST: CNC machined parts.

FRONT BRAKING SYSTEM: Single disc Ø 180mm thickness 4mm. Brembo radial caliper (4 D24 pistons) and Brembo PS 10/19 axial pump.

REAR BRAKE SYSTEM: Single disc Ø 155mm. J. Juan floating caliper (single D25 piston). Pump with integrated reservoir and metal braided hose.

RIMS: Aluminum alloy rims, Ohvale design. Front 2.50" x 10" - Rear 3.00" x 10".

TIRES: Pirelli slick tubeless. Front 100/80 - 10", Rear 120/80 - 10".

FAIRINGS: Fiberglass racing fairing + New 2026 graphic design.

DIMENSIONS (DEFAULT SETTING): Max length: 1500mm / Max width: 740mm (at the semi-handlebars). Max height: 810mm / Seat height: 695mm.

Characteristics:

The ergonomic design has been completely revised, focusing on the arrangement of the newly designed footrests and related supports. The introduction of the EVO tank cover offers a more forward riding position, allowing for optimal posture and better control. The size of the tank cover area has been increased to ensure a firmer grip with the knees and better support during braking.

Compared to the current configuration, the handlebars have been moved forward thanks to the use of a longer frame.

SUSPENSION AND STEERING:

The versions of this motorcycle adopt a fork with a travel of 70 mm, fork legs machined from solid, integrated radial caliper support and wheel axle aligned with the fork. This improves the effectiveness of the braking system and contributes to greater stability in a straight line and when cornering. The distance between the steering plates has been increased, allowing the removal of the front wheel without having to dismantle the brake caliper. The top plate and clip-on collars feature a new GP-2 style design.

GENERAL SETUP:

The engine has been relocated to optimize the bike's center of gravity, taking advantage of the new position of the swingarm pin to ensure correct chain alignment.
