The Polini Maxi Hi-Speed Variator, part number 241.778, has been specifically developed for the QJ Motor SQ16 125 Euro 5+, delivering quicker acceleration, smoother transmission operation and improved overall riding performance.
Developed from Polini's extensive experience in scooter transmission systems, this complete CVT upgrade is supplied ready for installation, providing an ideal balance between performance, reliability and everyday rideability without requiring complex setup procedures.
The kit includes 20×17 mm rollers weighing 7.5 grams, manufactured from a special nylon and aramid fiber compound that ensures excellent wear resistance and consistent performance over time.
The roller tracks feature a special polished finish that reduces friction and improves transmission efficiency, while the precision-ground chrome-plated steel sleeve guarantees durability and accurate operation.
The optimized drive face profile allows greater belt travel, maximizing transmission efficiency and power delivery throughout the rev range.
To complete the package, Polini supplies a contra spring with 5% increased load, improving preload and helping the variator maintain optimum operating conditions for better acceleration, smoother power delivery and stronger mid-range response.
