Polini 65cc Ø43 Cylinder Kit for Vespino F9 and Gilera GSA ALX 116.0146

The Polini cylinder kit part number 116.0146 is the latest evolution of the renowned performance kit developed for Piaggio Vespino F9 and Gilera ALX, GSA, Toledo and Vale mopeds.

Manufactured from high-quality cast iron with a 43 mm bore and 65 cc displacement, the cylinder has been redesigned by Polini's Research & Development department with updated port timing, transfer ports and exhaust port geometry.

The result is a stronger engine with quicker throttle response, increased mid-range torque and improved top-end performance.

Compared to the previous Polini version, this updated kit delivers approximately 1 additional horsepower and allows the engine to reach around 1,000 rpm higher, providing a noticeable improvement in overall performance.

The kit includes a Polini cylinder head, specifically engineered to work together with the cylinder for optimized combustion efficiency, cooling and engine performance.
